黄伟，笔名九渊，号霍山一剑。1945年生于广东龙川。“老三届”知青，以学术成就和诗书作品著名于世。是中国当代极富传奇色彩的一位杰出学者和诗人书法家。曾任农村党支部书记，深圳市光明华侨农场集团领导等职。现任中国管理科学研究院终身研究员，紫禁城书画院名誉主席，卢浮宫名誉副馆长，孔子学院终身名誉主席，联合国教科文组织首席艺术顾问和联合国美术家协会执委主席。

Huang Wei, pseudonym Jiuyuan, is called Huoshan Yijian. Born in 1945 in Longchuan, Guangdong. The “old three” educated youth are famous for their academic achievements and poetry and books. He is an outstanding scholar, poet and calligrapher with legendary color in contemporary China. He once served as secretary of rural Party branch and leader of Shenzhen Guangming overseas Chinese farm group. He is now a lifelong researcher of the Chinese Academy of Management Sciences, honorary chairman of the Forbidden City painting and Calligraphy Academy, honorary deputy curator of the Louvre, lifelong honorary chairman of the Confucius Institute, chief art consultant of UNESCO and executive chairman of the United Nations Artists Association.

黄伟先生首先是一位杰出的学者。上世纪末以一篇经世宏文《流域生态经济战略初探》和《再论流域生态经济战略》而名闻国内外，此后他的《再论物质结构》，《論万物本原》等科论精篇，篇篇高屋建瓴，火花迸发，视角独特，经世致用。先后登上《开放导报》，《红旗文摘》，高层内刊《领导决策参考》等众多国家主流媒体和50多部国家文献。荣获“中国改革开放优秀理论成果一等奖”，“2003年度全国哲学社会科学优秀成果特等奖”，“首届中国人文社会科学创新贡献奖一等奖”等5O多个奖项。授予“全国人文科学优秀专家学者”和“全国人文科学名家”荣誉称号。2007年他的理论创新成果《论万物结构与本原》经世界管理科学研究院等单位组成的评审委员会严格审核评议荣获“世界重大理论创新成果特等奖”，同时入编《世界重大理论创新成果获奖精典》大型文献。

Mr. Huang Wei is first and foremost an outstanding scholar. At the end of last century, he was famous at home and abroad for his world-famous macro articles “preliminary exploration of river basin ecological economic strategy” and “re discussion of river basin ecological economic strategy”. Since then, his fine scientific articles such as “re discussion on material structure” and “on the origin of all things” have a strategically advantageous position, burst into sparks, unique perspective and practical application. It has been published in many national mainstream media and more than 50 national documents, such as the “open guide”, “red flag digest”, the high-level internal journal “leadership decision reference”. It has won more than 5O awards, such as “the first prize for outstanding theoretical achievements of China’s reform and opening up”, “the special prize for outstanding achievements of national philosophy and Social Sciences in 2003”, “the first prize for innovation and contribution award of the first China humanities and Social Sciences”. Awarded the honorary titles of “national outstanding expert and scholar in humanities” and “national famous scholar in humanities”. In 2007, his theoretical innovation achievement “on the structure and origin of all things” was strictly reviewed and evaluated by the evaluation committee composed of the World Academy of Management Sciences and other units, and won the “special prize for world major theoretical innovation achievements”. Mr. Huang Wei is also a great calligrapher and poet. He loved poetry and books since childhood. After retiring in 2005, he took his wife with him to live in the countryside and indulged in poetry and books. 1992年夏，他游历深圳国贸大厦时赋诗：“放眼高楼云水长，山河处处尽苍黄；梧桐夜雨晴方好，蛇口新轮又起航”；为小平同志南巡谈话放怀高歌。2009年秋他观看G2O杭州峰会电视节目时诗兴勃发，挥毫写下《贺G2O杭州峰会》：“长堤不长桥连桥，孤山不孤是杭州。谁家欲借东风去，且请西湖共泛舟”。诗意高妙深远，直追盛唐诗风。

2013年黄老先生被选为“中国国礼特供艺术家”。同年联合国教科文组织授予“世界文化遗产AAA级金奖艺术家”称号。近年来，他始终心系家国，紧跟时代潮流，在书法艺术创意上，坚持时代主旋律，追求作品内容与艺术形式的完美统一，独辟蹊径，着力表现作品内容的意蕴，意韵，意境，意味和意趣，独树一帜，获得巨大的社会影响力。他的书法作品被选入北京大学教材丛书《中国书画通识鉴赏》。国家文旅部授予“国家特级书法师”，“国家一级艺术大师”和“艺术界抗疫英雄”荣誉称号。2020年6月，黄老接受并独立完成国家相关机构委托的艺术科学重点课题。在中国共产党第十九届五中全会期间受到党和国家领导人的表扬和肯定。甄选为“国家十四五规划文化建设奖”获得者，并授予“新时期国家文艺开拓者”和“国家十四五文化建设先锋旗手”荣誉称号。2021年4月与孙晓云，张艺媒等被授予“中国文化品牌人物”，入选“国家巨星”。6月《联合国日报》出版12个彩版《黄伟艺术专刊》发行全球会员国，影响巨大。获“联合国和平艺术金鸽奖”，“卢浮宫世界艺术金奖”。联合国秘书长安东尼奥.古特雷斯签署授予“2021年度全球十大杰出风云人物”和“世界最具影响力艺术家”。并授予“联合国和平文化特使”荣誉称号。卢浮宫博物馆委员会授予“卢浮宫館藏级艺术家”荣誉称号。中国奥林匹克文化传播协会、国际奥林匹克艺术委员会和联合国教科文组织联合授予“奥林匹克世界文化传播大使”等荣誉称号。

In 2013, Mr. Huang was selected as the “special artist for Chinese national ceremony”. In the same year, UNESCO awarded the title of “AAA Gold Award artist of world cultural heritage”. His calligraphy works were selected into the Peking University Textbook Series “general appreciation of Chinese calligraphy and painting”. In June 2020, Huang Lao accepted and independently completed the key subject of art and science entrusted by relevant national institutions.
