道金平,1966年9月出生。毕业于西北师范大学美术系中国画专业,研修于中国艺术研究院郭怡孮花鸟艺术工作室及中国热带雨林艺术研究院,擅长书法、花鸟。曾任政协甘肃省庆阳市第二、三届委员会委员，政协环县第六、七、八、九届委员会委员。

Dao Jinping was born in September 1966. Graduated from the Department of fine arts of Northwest Normal University, majoring in Chinese painting, studied in Guo Yiyi flower and bird art studio of China Academy of art and China tropical rain forest Art Research Institute, and is good at calligraphy, flowers and birds. He was a member of the second and third committees of the CPPCC Qingyang City, Gansu Province, and a member of the sixth, seventh, eighth and ninth committees of the CPPCC Huanxian county.

现为:世界青年文明论坛书画创作委员会委员、中国书画家联谊会新文艺群体书画家工作委员会副秘书长、《新文艺》杂志编委会委员、中国楹联学会会员、中国楹联学会书法艺术研究会副秘书长、中国民族建筑研究会书画艺术专业委员会理事、《民族艺术》杂志艺术总监、国家民族画院书画家、中国热带雨林艺术研究院画家、国家高级美术师，环县美术家协会主席。

多年从事教育和参与环县道情皮影戏普查、保护与研究工作，参与编辑出版了《环县道情皮影志》《环县道情皮影》图文书》等著作。书画代表作品《沙漠之春》《绿水光中古木清》《汉殿凝香》等入编《中外文化交流艺术大使》《中华文化大使》《人民艺术家中国梦》系列画册，由《中外文化交流杂志》社、《世界知识画报》社出版发行。2016年参加在中国文联文艺家之家举办的“庆祝十九大·不忘初心跟党走——企业优秀书画作品展”。2018年5月作品《黄沙百战穿金甲》及解析文章在《祖国》杂志发表;2018年、2019年连续两年作品《春雷惊雨润千山》《风雨硕果迎曙光》分别入展由中国文联美术艺术中心、中国文联书法艺术中心、中国书画家联谊会、中国楹联学会、中国工笔画学会联合举办的“庆祝改革开放40周年新文艺群体书画家作品展”和“我爱你,祖国——庆祝新中国成立70周年第二届新文艺群体书画家优秀作品展”。

For many years, he has been engaged in education and participated in the general survey, protection and research of Huanxian Daoqing shadow play, and participated in the editing and publishing of Huanxian Daoqing shadow play chronicle, Huanxian Daoqing shadow play graphic book and other works. The representative works of calligraphy and painting, such as spring in the desert, clear ancient trees in the green water, and condensed fragrance in the Han Palace, have been included in the series of picture albums of art ambassador for cultural exchanges between China and foreign countries, Chinese cultural ambassador and Chinese dream of people’s artists, which are published and distributed by China foreign cultural exchange magazine and world knowledge pictorial. In 2016, he participated in the “celebration of the 19th national congress, never forgetting the original heart and following the party – enterprise excellent calligraphy and painting exhibition” held at the home of writers and artists of China Federation of literary and art circles. In May 2018, his work “yellow sand wears golden armor in hundred battles” and analytical articles were published in China magazine; In 2018 and 2019, the works of “spring thunder frightens the rain and moistens the mountains” and “great achievements of wind and rain welcome the dawn” were exhibited respectively. The “exhibition of calligraphers and painters of new literary and artistic groups celebrating the 40th anniversary of reform and opening up” and the “exhibition of Calligraphers and painters of new literary and artistic groups” jointly organized by China Federation of literary and Art Art Center, China Federation of literary and art calligraphy art center, Chinese Calligraphers and Painters Association, China couplet society and China meticulous painting society “were held “I love you, motherland — Celebrating the 70th anniversary of the founding of new China, the second excellent works exhibition of calligraphers and painters of new literary and artistic groups”.

2020年8月策划组织举办了宋仁伟、张文平油画精品展暨环县美术家协会首届油画创作培训班。2020年10月策划组织举办了“高原艳色”全国中青年花鸟画名家精品展走进老区环县活动,展出期间环县教育局组织县城9所中小学师生近万人参观了展览,发挥了巨大的社会效益,受到了当地老区人民的喜爱和好评。12月作品《风雨硕果迎曙光》被阿尔巴尼亚大使馆收藏,并被授予“中阿交流友好使者”。2021年4月，受邀参加世界第二届数贸大会曁中国—阿拉伯国家首届数贸大会 启动仪式活动“首都之夜中外盛宴”中书画作品被几内亚、尼泊尔、摩洛哥、马里、荷兰等多国驻华大使馆收藏，其作品意蕴不凡,有独特的艺术见解,为推动中外文化艺术交流做出了贡献,受到极高的赞誉和关注。同年5月，作品受邀参加中国美术杂志社、艺品芸主办，中侨佳信文化集团承办、新丝路国际书画院协办并在中国美术出版社总社盛大开展的《中国美术名家邀请展》；同年6月，作品《桂子飘香》受书画网推荐庆祝中国共产党成立100周年北京地铁《文化中国》主题百名艺术家特别巡展;同年7月成功组织举办了环县美术家协会第二届油画创作公益培训班曁学员创作作品展览,为乡村振兴培养优秀人才,以学习的实际成果带动了当地美术快速发展。

In October 2020, it planned and organized the “colorful plateau” National Fine Art Exhibition of young and middle-aged flower and bird painters to enter the ring County activity in the old area. In December, the work “great fruits of wind and rain welcome the dawn” was collected by the Albanian embassy and awarded as “China Arab exchange and friendship envoy”. In April 2021, he was invited to participate in the launching ceremony of the Second World Digital Trade Conference and the first China Arab countries digital trade conference. In the “capital night Chinese and foreign feast”, his calligraphy and painting works were collected by embassies of Guinea, Nepal, Morocco, Mali, the Netherlands and other countries in China. His works have extraordinary meaning and unique artistic opinions, and have made contributions to promoting cultural and artistic exchanges between China and foreign countries, Received high praise and attention.
