冯健安，字美溯，艺名书剑，墨苔斋主人，生于1977年7月，广东新会人，本科学历，中共党员。美术教育工作者、优秀书画指导教师；国家一级美术师；北京京华阁书画院副院长；中国楹联学会会员；全国书画艺术委员会常务理事；人民美术艺术家委员；北京当代翰墨文化艺术院山东青岛分院名誉副院长；中宣盛世国际书画院院聘画家；中国楹联学会中宣盛世文化艺术交流中心会员；全国名人书画艺术界联合会委员；国臻艺苑书画院院聘理事；中外名人艺术网“特级书画师”；全国中小学书法教学联盟成员；收藏天下全国数字电视频道栏目学术指导与特邀艺术家。

Feng Jianan, courtesy name Meisu, stage name Shujian, owner of Motaizhai, was born in July 1977, a native of Xinhui, Guangdong, with a bachelor’s degree and a member of the Communist Party of China. Art educator, excellent calligraphy and painting instructor; national first-class artist; vice president of Beijing Jinghuage Painting and Calligraphy Institute; member of China Couplet Association; executive director of the National Painting and Calligraphy Art Committee; member of the People’s Art Artists; Beijing Contemporary Calligraphy and Painting Academy Shandong Qingdao Honorary vice president of the branch; painter employed by the Zhongxuan Shengshi International Painting and Calligraphy Academy; member of the Zhongxuan Shengshi Cultural and Art Exchange Center of the Chinese Couplet Association; member of the National Federation of Celebrity Calligraphy and Painting Art Circles; “Superior calligraphy and painting teacher”; member of the National Calligraphy Teaching Alliance in primary and secondary schools; collection of academic guidance and specially invited artists of the national digital TV channel column.
