孔繁培，1943年生，浙江平阳人。1963年7月参加工作，2003年7月退休，60多年来对书画从不离手，退休后，重拾童趣，同时参加中国书画函授大学和文化部文化管理中心举办的书法家资格鉴定培训均获得好成绩，参展赛作品均获得好评，获国内外大奖百余次，选编书籍数百种，被评为“共和国文化艺术最高荣誉金奖”、“共和国杰出功勋美术家”、“首届世界民间艺术大师”之称号.

Kong fanpei, born in Pingyang, Zhejiang Province in 1943. He started work in July 1963 and retired in July 2003. He has never left his hand on calligraphy and painting for more than 60 years. After retirement, he regained children’s interest. At the same time, he participated in the calligrapher qualification training organized by the correspondence university of Chinese calligraphy and painting and the cultural management center of the Ministry of culture, and obtained good results. His works in the exhibition competition were highly praised, won more than 100 awards at home and abroad, selected and edited hundreds of books, and was rated as “The highest honor Gold Award of culture and art of the Republic”, “outstanding meritorious artist of the Republic” and “the first world folk art master”

最近书法作品由美国集邮集团作为国家名片出版发行。现为世界艺术家协会会员，世界教科文卫组织专家成员，首席艺术家，授予世界艺术大师，中国国礼艺术大师协会特邀委员，国家高级书法家。建国70大庆，被授予“艺坛翘楚”，“中国顶级书画大师”，“中国书画艺术代表人物”，“国家一级美术师”，和“人民英雄功勋艺术家”。
