梁萍，1943年11月生于山东省威海环翠区，学历：大学本科，1963年青岛美院后中国书画函授大学。

1998年12月28日由中国文联、中国书画报社等单位主办的跨世纪艺术系列活动，作品编入《跨世纪中外翰墨艺术家万人通讯录》中由中央级出版社作为重点书目出版。
