杜一恕，字润生，号无非堂主，1957年出生于广东省汕头市澄海区，国家一级艺术大师、国家一级书法家、中国国际文学艺术界联合会特聘的中国国际艺术委员会委员。

Du Yishu, Zi Runsheng, No. is nothing more than the master of the hall. Born in Chenghai District, Shantou City, Guangdong Province in 1957, he is a national first-level art master, a national first-level calligrapher, and a member of the China International Art Committee specially appointed by the China International Federation of Literary and Art Circles. .

荣获2020年十三届全国人大三次会议、全国政协三次会议、全国两会推荐2020·当代艺术领军人物，中国书画家联谊会新文艺群体书画家工作委员会委员，担任人民艺术鉴赏中心名誉副主席，国礼艺术家（高级），担任中国书画家协会副主席，受聘为中国教育联盟艺术教育委员会终身客座教授，中国通俗文艺研究会会员，中国楹联学会书法艺术研究会会员。

Won the 2020 Third Session of the 13th National People’s Congress, the Third Session of the National Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference, and the National People’s Congress Recommended 2020·Contemporary Art Leader, a member of the Calligraphy and Painting Working Committee of the New Literary and Artistic Group of the Chinese Calligraphy and Painting Association, and served as the Honorary Vice Chairman of the People’s Art Appreciation Center. 2021年经由中国国际书画艺术家联合会、中国当代书画艺术协会、中国美术协会、中国书法协会、中国国家画院和当代书画艺术百杰评审组委会一致认定为“当代书画艺术百杰”，并授予“国宝级艺术大师”荣誉称号。作品入编“庆祝中意建交50周年高端文化交流项目之《行走在艺术中的中国古诗词》教科书”；获得首届中华艺术奥运盛典国画类山水（水墨山水）和山水（小青绿山水）两项的特等奖，并由冬奥之光组委会授予“冬奥艺术之星”的荣誉。由中国文化艺术界联合会和中国传统文化发展中心联合授予“艺术传承人物”称号。
