崔海权，笔名：静致，号：风岭山人，男，1968年出生于云南南诏发源地之一的大理市。瑞典皇家艺术学院荣誉博士，中国文学艺术界联合会名誉顾问，人民美术出版社高级书画顾问，中国国家特级书法师，国家特级书法师，国宝级艺术大师，荣获中宣部时代楷模人物!获欧洲艺术界欧骑士勋章，冬奥会艺术之星!作品，风格，形式曾被中国书协品评！系中国国际书画艺术研究会成员，中国现代书画摄影艺术家协会常务理事，中国中外名人文化研究会书画师及艺术委员，文化和旅游部中国文化艺术发展促进会艺委会成员，韩国书画研究会副会长，世界教科文卫组积专家成员等。

Cui Haiquan, pen name: Jingzhi, name: Fenglingshan, male, born in 1968 in Dali, one of the birthplaces of Nanzhao, Yunnan. Honorary Doctorate of the Royal Swedish Academy of Arts, Honorary Advisor of the Chinese Federation of Literary and Art Circles, Senior Calligraphy and Painting Advisor of People’s Fine Arts Publishing House, China’s National Special-Class Calligrapher, National Special-Class Calligrapher, National Treasure-Class Artist, and awarded as a model figure in the era of the Central Propaganda Department! The European Knight Medal of the art world, the art star of the Winter Olympics! His works, styles and forms have been criticized by the China Book Association! 初见崔海权，给人印象最深刻的是他是一位孜孜不倦的艺术实践者和开拓者。其创作范围非常广泛，艺术风格十分独特。崔海权在2018年5月19日获cctv中央电视台年度人物评选，获德艺双馨艺术家称号！2021年作品入选“奋斗百年路　启航新征程”文化中国北京地铁巡展。书作曾被加拿大国际文化交流中心之邀办展，现还有部分作品流行美国、法国、新加坡、埃及、日本、比利时、泰国等国家及地区进行交流展出。崔海权老师一生把书法看作生命的流衍，在书法艺苑中，耕耘不缀。在继承传统书艺的同时，刻意追求个性、艺术性、欣赏性和时代感，把多种书体融于自己的作品中，进入了篆、隶、楷、行、草皆精的境界。

When I first met Cui Haiquan, the most impressive thing was that he was a tireless art practitioner and pioneer. His creative scope is very wide and his artistic style is very unique. Cui Haiquan was selected by cctv CCTV Person of the Year on May 19, 2018, and won the title of Deyi Shuangxin Artist! In 2021, his works will be selected into the “Hundred Years of Struggle and A New Journey” Cultural China Beijing Subway Tour Exhibition. The book was once invited to hold an exhibition by the Canadian International Cultural Exchange Center. Now some works are popular in the United States, France, Singapore, Egypt, Japan, Belgium, Thailand and other countries and regions for exchange and exhibition. Teacher Cui Haiquan regarded calligraphy as the evolution of life throughout his life. 崔海权在推动和促进艺术文化发展和交流方面也做出了突出的贡献，作品深受国内外朋友们的由衷赞赏和喜爱。崔海权老师传略书作入编：《当代文艺人才名录》、《国际现代书法集》、《中国文学艺术大观》　（中国文联编），　《国际硬笔书法家鉴赏辞典》、《当代国际书法篆刻大观》、《中国硬笔书法家名人大辞典》　、《世界华人书画博览》、《世界华人书艺术家名人录》、《中国当代名人录》国际文化交流版（中国人事部编）、国际少林武术节《中国书画名家邀请展作品集》。诗作入选《新诗文选》，2006年被中国艺术研究院艺术评论杂志入选200名文艺人物之入编《2006年中国文艺年志》等。

The poems were selected into “Selected New Poems and Essays”, and in 2006, they were included in the “2006 Years of Chinese Literature and Art” by the Art Review Magazine of the China Academy of Art.
