毛学校，字敬之，号清斋主人，山东广饶人，现住山东滨州市。系中国书法家协会、中华诗词学会、中国楹联协会会员，国家一级艺术大师，中国书画艺术指导委员会委员，北京世纪名人国际书画院院士，北京京华阁书画院副院长，香港书协副会长，山东滨州市书协顾问，黄河三角洲书画院常务副院长，山东曲阜鸿儒书画院常务副院长，有诗集《清河集》《清斋诗墨》、书法《第三届中国重阳奖获奖书法家》《一代大家》毛学校专刊，《一带一路书法名家毛学校》《建党百年毛学校书法专刋》《世界艺术鉴赏》中国风毛学校专刋等30余种作品集问世。

2019年，中国书协授于毛学校同志为“德艺双馨艺术家”，2020年9月经文旅部、外交部批准发行《一带一路、国家名片、新时代艺术大师——毛学校、黄永玉、靳尚谊》书画集，在一带一路沿线国家发行。11月，毛学校的两幅书法作品被耶鲁大学英国艺术中心收藏。同月，中央广播电视总台播发《继承中国文化、发扬国粹精神一一时代艺术名家毛学校》。中国书画职称评定中心等单位授于毛学校为《人民艺术家》等称号。2021年6月，在香港书法家协会《第十三届“京津冀走廊上的明珠＂书画评比大赛中荣获“第一名”。

毛学校先生在诗词创作上也深有造诣，2008年，诗词入选《第二届华夏诗词奖作品集》。2010年诗词14首入首《齐鲁百年诗词选》。2016年诗词20首入选中华诗词学会编揖的《集成》山东卷等。

Mr. Mao Xiaoxue also has deep attainments in poetry creation. In 2008, poetry was selected into the collection of works of the second Chinese poetry award.In 2010, 14 poems were included in the selection of Qilu Centennial poems. In 2016, 20 poems were selected into the Shandong volume of integration compiled by the Chinese poetry society.

毛学校把草书、楷书、汉碑、汉隶、行草等字体集中变形，融汇于一体;同时结合大草的笔法使得作品连绵不断。其笔触，毫不拘泥概念化的规范，而是随手生发，或中或侧、或方或圆、或藏或露、或敛或纵，触处成形;其结体，则善于随形布势，或铺张排比、或敛聚收放、甚至依倚穿插，应心隐手。在具象与抽象中，展现出中国书画同源的艺术精髓;在山形云影、风帆飘动中，诠释着中国文字博大精深的象形表现力。这样的结合使文字变得有金石铁声，飘逸洒脱，大气磅礴、自然合道，宛若天成。而这种独特的书写风格，则促成并终而奠定了他在书坛坚不可摧的独立地位。
