张宗彪：1941年生于陕西永寿。毕业于西北大学，供职于咸阳师范学院（退休）。书法教授、国家一级书法家、外交部授权的《中华人民共和国国宾礼艺术家》、文化和旅游部颁发的《国家一级艺术大师》并授予《2020年艺术巅峰人物》中国文化和旅游部“反对浪费，崇尚节约”光盘行动中荣任宣传大使。

中共中央党史研完室授予《建党百年  功勋艺术家》荣誉称号、中国管理科学研究院颁发《高级书法指导师》专业人才职业技能证书等。
