张执权，笔名：致泉，号两艺斋，青少年时期先后师从武术名家《北京市朝阳区楼梓庄四代八卦掌》何广，字雨村老先生和河北省深州三代八卦掌名家张子恒老先生习练程派八卦掌，数年后，书法先后师从北工大教授吕云峰先生和文史馆馆员许林邨老先生学习行书、隶书、魏碑，尤以魏碑见长，深得师长偏爱。

张执权老先生是北京通州宋庄两艺斋主，北京市朝阳区 马各庄人士，一九四九年出生，与祖国同龄。自幼家境贫寒，早年丧母。文化程度不高，很早就随父亲下地做农活。

少年的张执权喜欢武术，经人推荐，他先后从师，北京市朝阳区楼梓庄 即京东武术名家，第四代八卦掌传人何广，字雨村老先生，以及河北省深州第三代八卦掌名家张子恒老先生，习练程派八卦掌。
