陈嘉正，1931年11月生，安徽南陵人。(原籍安徽泾县)。大学文化，池州学院中文系副教授，校图书馆长。安徽师范大学中文系本科毕业。1949年11月参加人民银行工作，1957年考入大学，1961年大学毕业后，长期从事教育工作，直至1991年12月退休。现为中华作家协会、中国诗歌学会会员、巴黎欧华诗人协会会员、纽约四海诗社基本社友，中国艺术研究院文艺研究中心创作员、特邀研究员，中国数字艺术馆馆长、新华艺术网艺术委员会副主席、中国诗书画联盟网名誉主席、台北故宫书画院名誉院长。

Chen Jiazheng, born in November 1931 in Nanling, Anhui Province. (originally from Jingxian County, Anhui Province). University culture, associate professor of Chinese Department of Chizhou University, head of university library. Graduated from the Chinese Department of Anhui Normal University. He joined the people’s Bank of China in November 1949 and was admitted to the University in 1957. After graduating from the University in 1961, he engaged in education for a long time until he retired in December 1991. He is now a member of the Chinese Writers Association, the Chinese poetry society, the European Chinese Poets Association in Paris, a basic social friend of the four seas Poetry Society in New York, a creative member and specially invited researcher of the literature and art research center of the Chinese Academy of art, the curator of the China Digital Art Museum, the vice chairman of the Art Committee of Xinhua art network, the online reputation seat of the China Poetry, calligraphy and painting alliance, and the honorary president of the painting and Calligraphy Institute of the National Palace Museum in Taipei.

主要著作:《外国文学新编》、《外国文学作品选》、(与人合编，均安徽教育版)、《关于旧体诗的革新问题〉、《文学发展复杂的历史现象》(均刊上海社会科学院《学术界动态》)。诗词入选的主要书刊是《中华传世诗词选集》(作家版)、《中华经典诗词》(作家版)、《古今绝唱诗词选集》(作家版)、《中华待词大全》(华文作家版)、《中华诗司家大鉴》(香港银河版)、《中国当代抒情诗词大典》(作家版)、《中华当代绝妙好诗》(北京大众文艺版)、巴黎《法华报》、纽约《四海诗声》等海内外300余种诗选集。2012年获世界教科文卫组织“世界艺术大师”荣誉称号。2010年获中国国学研究会“中华国学文化艺术大使”荣誉称号、世界文化艺术家协会“世界最高荣誉一一精英人物金奖”荣誉称号、《中华诗词全集》编委会“桂冠诗人”荣誉称号、2009年获清华大学“中国当代名家诗词格言金奖”、国际汉学研究会，“共和国艺术风云人物”荣誉称号、世界文化艺术家协会“最具影响力世界华人艺术家金奖”荣普称号、《辉煌共和国》编委会“共和国诞辰60周年贡献金奖”。
