Functions of contract address of locked position with 10 years of term of validity:

( 1 ) All assets collected in the locked position contract should not be released since the establishment of contract, if they fail to reach the criterion stipulated in the contract within a decade. The purpose is to ensure absolute deflation and scarcity of tokens.
