赵永华，1942年3月生，湖南邵东人，著名书法家，艺术教育家，当代中国书画领军代表人物，书画创新典范人物，书画传承人代表，国家特级书法师，国礼艺术家，中国书画家协会名誉主席，中国书画名人堂名人，美术档案出版社艺术顾问，中国书协、中央国家机关书协及中国文物学会会员等。现为中日韩文化交流协会顾问，环球导报高级顾问，海絲城市大学书画学院院长、特聘教授，深圳市永华书法艺术研究所所长，2017年6月被授予“人民艺术家”称号，赵永华系自学成才，身怀多项绝技，擅书多体，并独创永华体。

Zhao Yonghua, born in March 1942 in Shaodong, Hunan Province, is a famous calligrapher, art educator, a leading representative of contemporary Chinese calligraphy and painting, a model figure of calligraphy and painting innovation, a representative of calligraphy and painting inheritors, a national super calligrapher, a national ritual artist, an honorary chairman of the Chinese calligrapher and painter Association, a celebrity of the Chinese calligraphy and painting Hall of fame, an art consultant of the art archives publishing house, and a member of the Chinese Calligraphy Association Member of the Calligraphy Association of central state organs and the Chinese society of cultural relics. He is now a consultant of China Japan South Korea Cultural Exchange Association, senior consultant of global Herald, Dean of calligraphy and painting school of Haisi City University, distinguished professor and director of Shenzhen Yonghua Calligraphy Art Research Institute. He was awarded the title of “people’s artist” in June 2017. Zhao Yonghua is a self-taught talent with many unique skills, good at calligraphy and multi-body, and creates Yonghua style.

各种书体被多国邮政制成《中国大艺术家》邮册，2019年由美国集邮集团、欧洲集邮协会联合发起制成《魅力中国、闪耀世界》世界邮集，其上的《中国艺术名家－赵永华国礼珍邮集》面向全球发行。曾先后在日本、新加坡、韩国、北京、上海、香港、深圳等举办个人书画展，作品曾被国家最高领导人、国家博物馆、毛主席纪念堂及多国元首珍藏，其编著的《神奇写字速成法教程》、《五分钟钢笔行书速成法》、《30小时毛笔钢笔速成法》教材面向全球推广，让全世界人们喜欢中国汉字，快速掌握汉字的书写技巧和方法。2018年从全国选出近现代八位书法大师的作品入编全球五百家孔子学院试用教材－《中国艺术范例》，作者名例其中。

The “famous Chinese artist Zhao Yonghua Guoli Zhen stamp collection” on it is distributed all over the world. He has successively held personal calligraphy and painting exhibitions in Japan, Singapore, South Korea, Beijing, Shanghai, Hong Kong and Shenzhen. His works have been collected by the supreme leaders of the state, the National Museum, Chairman Mao Memorial Hall and heads of state of many countries. His textbooks “magic writing quick method course”, “five minute pen running quick method” and “30 hour brush pen quick method” are promoted all over the world, Let people all over the world like Chinese characters and quickly master the writing skills and methods of Chinese characters. In 2018, the works of eight modern and contemporary calligraphy masters were selected from all over the country and incorporated into the trial teaching material of 500 Confucius Institutes around the world – Chinese art examples. The author is one of them.

根据中央两会召开的第一次会议决定，由央视在全国通选六位功勋领军人物，来定位制作人生访谈录，其中就有人民艺术家赵永华个人艺术专题片。其因空中挥毫，双笔交替，横向反书被文化部审定为非遗创始人。2021年，赵永华与范迪安、苏士澍的作品合集被印制成名人堂《典藏版》出版发行，这两位大艺术家还分别为其挥毫题字－“永耀中华”、“人民艺术家”。孙晓云主席为赵老题写墨宝《时代标杆》书法一幅留念。

In 2021, the collection of works by Zhao Yonghua, van Dean and Su Shishu was printed into the collection edition of mingrentang and published. The two great artists also wrote inscriptions for them – “Yongyao China” and “people’s artist”. Chairman Sun Xiaoyun inscribed a calligraphy picture of the time benchmark for old Zhao.

同时与赵老出版《时代艺术楷模》二人书法集出版发行20多个国家。与沈鹏大师此次又出版一部《大国巨匠》二人书法集。赵老的作品还得到了书画大家范曾的高度评价，其独创作品与范曾一起以《当代书画名家——赵永华 范曾作品鉴赏》为题被各大媒体联合报道。2021年评定为聚焦两会形象大使称号，同时出版《聚焦两会》特别推荐著名艺术家赵永华大师的恢弘巨著中英文版，发行60多个国家。

His original works, together with fan Zeng, were jointly reported by major media under the title of “famous contemporary calligraphers and painters – appreciation of Zhao Yonghua’s works by fan Zeng”. In 2021, he was awarded the title of image ambassador focusing on the two sessions. At the same time, he published the Chinese and English versions of the magnificent masterpiece recommended by the famous artist master Zhao Yonghua, which was distributed in more than 60 countries.

同年又获得由联合国发起评为世界和平艺术形象大使桂冠。2021年底，由文化部门、艺术团体、新闻媒体等单位举荐，经专家评委会严格评审，作为唯一入选的书法大师同主席入编《2022年人民日报官方贺岁台历》，在国内最具权威的人民日报官网刊登。人民日报官方台历，是当下国内国际华人艺术家的官方重要交流桥梁，发行到180个国家、500多家上市公司和200多个合作单位。

赵老心系公益慈善事业，常以义卖其作品乐捐，其艺术事迹先后被中央电台、电视台、人民日报、国际日报、世界论坛报、华尔街日报、中国教育报、湖南卫视、深圳卫视、港澳台及联合国等数百家新闻媒体专题报道。

Zhao Lao is concerned with public welfare and charities and often donates his works through charity sales.
