吴兰生，笔名马兰，艺名兰轩，号云台居士、云邱山人。1950年生，男，山西乡宁人，中国当代水绘名家，无笔牡丹创始人，现住北京通州宋庄画家村。曾任地方领导干部。现为山西省作家协会会员，中国美术家协会山西分会会员，中国仿毛体书法家，一级书法师。中国工艺美朮家协会理事、工美大师，中国工艺美朮研究院副院长，中华文化研究会研究员，中国国际美朮家协会顾问，曾兼山西壶口书画院、东方书画院名誉院长，山西省特级劳模，市特级劳模、并立特等功。
